By using OmniAudit, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

OmniAudit provides AI-powered website audit reports. Results are generated by automated AI agents and are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of audit results.

2. Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs that you own or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use OmniAudit to audit websites for malicious purposes, resell audit results without a White-Label plan, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

3. Free tier

Free accounts receive 2 complimentary audits at signup. These cannot be transferred or refunded.

4. Paid plans

Pay-per-report credits are non-refundable once an audit has been initiated. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. The Builder (auto-fix)

When using The Builder agent to automatically modify your website, you accept full responsibility for any changes made. OmniAudit is not liable for unintended consequences of automated modifications. We strongly recommend maintaining backups before using auto-fix features.

6. Intellectual property

Audit reports generated from your website data belong to you. The OmniAudit platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of OmniAudit.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

OmniAudit's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 7 days notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OmniAudit is incorporated.
