Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 25, 2026
OmniAudit ("we", "us", "our") operates the OmniAudit website audit service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password via Supabase Auth.
Audit data. When you submit a URL for auditing, we crawl that URL and store the resulting report, including page content analysis, performance data, and screenshots. This data is stored on our self-hosted servers.
Usage data. We log standard server access logs including IP addresses, timestamps, and pages accessed.
Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the audit service, send transactional emails (account confirmation, audit completion), improve the service, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Audit results are retained for 90 days on the pay-per-report plan and indefinitely on Pro and above. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (Claude AI analysis), Google (Gemini AI analysis), OpenAI (GPT-4o analysis), Perplexity (AI search visibility analysis), Tavily (search intelligence), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN and email routing — Cloudflare terminates TLS for every request to this site). Each service processes data according to its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the site to work and cannot be turned off.
If you agree to it, we also store a randomly generated identifier and the website that referred you in your browser's local storage. We use these to understand which sites send us visitors, and how many people who begin signing up go on to confirm their email. They contain no personal information, are never shared with or sold to anyone, are not used for advertising, and are not combined with data from any other website.
If you decline, none of that is stored, no identifier is created, and anything previously stored is deleted. You will still be able to use every part of the site. You can change your answer at any time by clearing site data for omniaudits.com in your browser, which will cause us to ask again.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking of any kind.
6. Security
Your data is stored on self-hosted servers in our private infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
